Neal composed this pipe tune to honor the memory of Joseph Oscar "Papa Joe" Cain. Papa Joe was an active member of the Florida Frontiersmen Black Powder Club, father of Oscar Cain and, most importantly, a good man! Papa Joe passed away in 1996.
